Its the worst phone ive ever had the software had to be redone 6 time and it still doesnt work likely i got a S4 now and there no problems

I've bought my daughter one and she was complaining after she had the phone for a week.It keeps on freezing and internet is running slowly.The phone needs to be restarted at least five times a week.She's got a samsung S4 now with zero problems.Rather go for any andriod samsung or LG= L5,L7 or L9.

This phone have good camara bad battery live and you can downlaod few app for the phone stay smooth and fast. If you bb phone is getting press on search "/"/ and claen logs

BlackBerry name is the first plus with the device.
It is am awesome experience while you are checking your emails. BlackBerry is the best in providing push emails.
People who do not prefer lot of applications and game can opt for this mobile.
The major drawback of this device is there is no reason why the device restarts now and then when you start using too many applications..
Prone to virus attack.
Battery is poor.

This phone is a very nice phone,almost weightless,and durable,,have been using it for close to 2yrs now,,never had a problem with it..I love it.it can do anything other high end blackberry phones can do..

Get a latest bb app. for desktop and properly install it.
If u have the proper app. and than it is not working properly than get it updated.
If u had done both of the above and the problem remains the same uninstall the installed one and install the latest one properly.
One thing very important, check out for 3rd and 5th pin of data cable connector and at the port of phone
