This phone is amaizing,no problem at all,good camera,sound quality,not mensioning the net.Awesome blackberry.

Yeah, not worse mobile. I own it several days. Many arrows of critics are produced of meaning, that phone must work for it value of money it coasts. Be more moderate with it- if you ring and smsing, its maybe enough from such a beautiful phone. Dont connect to internet via 3g, and you shall have less problem. The photos are acceptable good. Use no email, it only disturbs You and apparatus. Have a nice day with one of the most expencive BRANDS in your hand!

I have been using this phone for quite a while. The Worst Phone I have ever come across. "No Value for Money". Too many Technical Issues with "No Resolution". Micromax works better than BB.

- one of your app is disturbing your phone
- your software is not apdat, clean and loade a new one.
- your memory rom is full of apps. Delet some to free the the phone at list at 60%
- you have to subscrib to your BIS for rim connection,
- make show that your blackberry ID is apdated.
- no need of running many apps at the time, use "exit" when you have exit and close if no exit.
NB: the more apps you run at the time, the more battery life you dran. If you live your phone on standby, the battery will last you the all day. But if your bbm, whatap, GPS, etc... Is running at the same time, or are not closed properly! Your battery will not even last for one hour, even if you put a new original battery, it will maybe go for 2h only.
But this 9380 is a very good phone, coming to options. Camera, audio, videos, and 3G apps. It taks V7.1 software and suport HD videos. I do use my DSTV on it,good image, fast 3G connection, it is far better than the torch 9800 which I had before. Thanks. Enjoy it.

Bony, 10 Sep 2013I have been using this phone since april 2012. Its just mer... moreHi! I am using a verry same phone for a year, and for me it works at 90%. The only major probleme is that the battery live is bad when 3G apps are on, running back ground. I allways have to make show that most apps are properly closed.
It has good screen, very light in weight, good camera, it supports HD videos, from tablets, the 3G connections app runs fast, good sound on boty speakers, and nice shape, and it records nicely the videos, pictures are very sharpes. The most secret in most blackberry phones are to not over full the memory rom. Keep space for running apps, save on sd memories, not on the divice, and allso keep apdate or renew your softeware when you notice the freezing of the phone. I did use many diferent blackberries, I am just very fine with this 9380.

I have been using this phone since april 2012. Its just mere over a year and i am facing lots of issues.
1. It hangs innumerable times
2. It just reboots & reboots by itself
3. A new problem cropped up is that it it not detecting SD for storing whatsapp chat history
4. As it is getting older, it is not detecting phone signals if it is placed in some corner.
5. Battery signal shows abrupt conditions as such it will show full charged at 90% and then u need to do a battery pull for actual result of the battery status. Also at times it will show its endlessly charging.
All in all, I think that I need to change the phone asap.
Not to forget some positives (As per my point of view)
1. Light Weight
2. Good Screen quality with nice colours
3. Decent 5mp camera
4. Notification LED
5. Clear Voice Quality & also nice sound output

I can't agree more with you cyrax, I'm in a totally same situation now, a little over a year and my battery is now in a kaput condition. Actively use an app for quiet long time and boom, freezes and lags everywhere, not to mention the fast draining battery. Now, I really mean it now while I'm typing this, I don't know what happened to my battery, it wasn't in a drained condition nor even it's on low condition but when I was gonna unlock my phone and the screen didn't show anything, totally blank, I thought that it was another lag/freeze like always so I waited but nothing changed even after 10 minutes (usually it takes around 5-10 minutes to wait for it's freeze) so I did a battery pull and put it in again and in the middle of rebooting it went blank again (blank like it's off) so ..
..I tried to charge it but then the screen show a blank battery meter with a red cross above it, does that mean that my phone's not detecting any battery in it or what? To somebody who know this please reply to my post, it'll be a really big help. Thank you very much.

blackbarry phone normaly 2g pack dont work they have internet work only spatioal blackbarry offer pack so what I do that internet will working normal 2g pack.
