Good phone but stuffed with terrible & hopeless battery & third class support. This phone will tick most of the boxes on paper but in ground performance is ZERO!

Terrible battery. Worse #blackberry doesn't bother to respond to complaints or deliver replacement battery after paying advance.

i am a blackberry addict. this is the worst bb i ve used. the battery is very poor and super appalling . just a few touch, its out... doesn't last 2hours when fully charged. body temperature too high just with few minutes usage .i am currently mad with mine. i regret buying this phone.

You are correct. The battery is just awful. Just awful. It has nothing to do with apps running in the background. If you do a simple search, you'll see that all Dtek60 models have this battery drain issue. BB didn't do a good job with this model.

this is as bad a phone as they get, surely the worst phone I have ever bought, fast drainign battery, overheating, poor camera

This BB Amoled display is fantastic . The color is so vibrant , The display is smooth as if you are watching an LG high end Amoled TV . The video is awesome too . To be honest , i AM SORT OF ADDICTED TO THE SCREEN . The camera is good, but if BB can upgrade the camera at par with Google Pixel , then it going to be a "woww" .

It had charging problems from the very first day I opened it. I sent it into Blackberry four times now they keep telling me they can't find the problem yet when I get home it won't even charge the first time I plug it it. The BlackBerry charger charges my Windows phone which is also Alcatel Idol 4. Also charges my Zenfone. Will not charge the Blackberry phone it came with. Blackberry wants some videos of it not charging now. This is my absolute last BlackBerry.

This is the best phone i've ever use, (from j9, iphone X and xiomi), vpn, fakegps, 4G-only mode always active in my dtek60

I am support blackberry.I purchase bbm series z3, z30 and passport and dtek60 but its service not available in india.
I am very sad to blackberry. I dont buy any blackberry i support
It not helpline number
And alway not buy blackberry

Hey Guys!
What ever you do, Do not buy this phone!!
- It ruins completely if you accidentally expose it to any kind of moisture, besides the warranty doesn't support the problem so you'll be totally on your own! And it's quit expensive to repair.
- It comes with battery issues after a while and it runs flat quickly.
- The other disappointment is it's camera quality which is not any thing like 21MP!!
