BlackBerry KEYone Limited Edition Black hands-on
The BlackBerry KEYone was launched back in February and has been available for some time now. We also reviewed the device back in May and found it to be acceptable but also somewhat unremarkable, despite the presence of a physical keyboard.
BlackBerry recently launched the phone in India. Manufactured locally by Optiemus, one of the three licensees of the KEYone across the world, the device comes with a unique trait that isn't available in KEYone units sold elsewhere. And that's the limited edition all black color.
Since the smartphone is otherwise nearly identical to the unit we tested earlier, we did not think it was necessary to go into it all over again, considering the only other novelty here is the black color and the new storage configuration of 4GB RAM/64GB compared to the 3GB RAM/32GB on our review unit.
So today we have a few photos of the new black color for you to have a look at. Enjoy!
Frame is now entirely black Dimpled finish carried over Buttons now also in black Black frame hides antenna lines well. Headphone jack still present. Camera lens and logo now blacked out as well Black dividers between keys Camera and sensors blend in better In hand. Still feels a bit top heavy while typing. I fully agree. Have used the iPhone X and I think it's all hype. The key one is solid.... Excellent in all aspects.... Photography is above average.... Battery is good.... Thumbs up

One thing was omitted from the "review" was that this model is Dual SIMM capable. That is why there was a spec bump in the internal storage (32Gb to 64Gb), as you cannot add a micro sd card if you are taking advantage of the dual SIM feature.
