gadgetgem1, 05 Oct 2014would anyone recomend this phone for mainly personal use ?I purchased one in London last week! First impression thought was a large device and got worried if I will be able to use it. One week on and I really really love the device, I use it for work and personal and easy will say this is much better than my note 3. Specially when writing something. Will I recommend this phone? Yes if you need one device that does everything this is the one. I love mine and trust me you will come here and thank me.

gadgetgem1, 05 Oct 2014would anyone recomend this phone for mainly personal use ?Yes. It's a great device, especially the possibility to run Android-apps directly, installed via Amazon App-Stor, lets raise the productivity for private users. For me it's also the clever hardware-keyboard and the high solid state quality of the hardware, what I like! And what's only a nice gadget - but works in a never seen quality: a build in fm-radio with DLNA-server...

Why is this in the 9th price bracket and the S5 is in the 8th, but on average, the Passport is cheaper?
It is $599 direct from shopblackberry.com.
Also, when are we going to see a review (preferably unbiased, GSMArena) of this device? I really want to see the camera in use.

This might be a great device for the professionals who use to work on the go. It has high end specifications with amazing gestures. I gave up BB Z10 because of least apps, average batterylife and camparably small screen. In passport, it seems all these flaws are eliminated. It is strange that gsmarena has not presented review of this much awaited device even after 10 days of its launch. We are eager for review of gsmarena which always facilitate users to take decision. So gsmarena please put review of passport asap.

I've used almost all OS devices. BB is difinitely different. It is most convenient, rich looking and time saving handset. I was switched over android just because of apps. But now, as BBpassport is preinstalled with Amazon apps store, I'm going to have it asap. It is full of battery power, great look, durable yet rich feeling material, great design and it is blackberry!! It is definitely a one for all who desires to have latest technology..

I am starting to fall in love with the Blackberry Passport! I was a loyal BB user before. The last time I used a BB was back in 2011 or 2012 with the 9780 then I switched to Android and WP but now that Android releases phones too often whether high end or not and that is a let down especially for those who own high end Android devices. With Blackberry, atleast I know how their trend works and I really miss it! I love the white Passport! I wanna get one this holiday season! :)

AnonD-251110, 02 Oct 2014If you think like that u are a snob. How u can think like t... morei think the price is spot on. considering it has all the latest specs, even added innovative touch-sensitive keyboard that works like mousepad, 13mp with optical image stabilisation, which is, spec-wise, better than iP6. but do people whine on the overpriced iP6? i know iP6 has that flexible bendable display feature, but Passport works great even without that.
