GeeKay, 15 Jul 2014does it use BIS?blackberry passport uses data and all blackberry 10 uses data like Z10, Z30, Q5 n Q3. blackberry is following all brands which means no more BIS for new models bt BIS will still apply on those old models which are blackberry 7.

passport is an awesome phone.. m a true BlackBerry user. using BlackBerry since last 5 years.. now on Z10. but passport is going to b the latest flagship phone of BlackBerry. that means its price going to b soo high.. probably 40k to 45k. m in love with this passport. will buy this phone ASAP. but please BlackBerry, launch it with bit cheaper price for India. rest u know all.. cheerz... ;)

This phone has an interesting form factor for sure, and seems to have some impressive specs. I can't wait to see more specs (like the physical dimensions). Using a Z10 currently and looking around for an upgrade. I'm really happy to see that this one will soon be on the horizon. Thanks BlackBerry (now if you could also come out with an OS10 software update for the PlayBook, that would be amazing!)

currently using a Z10 and really happy with it. Can't wait to get my hand on this! Passport is quite odd looking, yeah and it stands out from the rest :)

I don't see any numbers on the keyboard. I'm shore it has numbers. But they are probably touch. What I really want to know is if this blackberry device will use BIS or BES because every one loves BIS (free internet)

use a z30 at present,brilliant phone
