bb phone is good! the only problem is the service center, when your phone encountered issue, malfunctioning of software, keypad problem, or when you dropped your phone and the screen cracked. you should repair it by your own.
that's the main issue.

Hello every1 :) A few days ago just bought my passport. Can you please tell me, where can i download properly working facebook apk and messenger apk. Recently i've got a sideload of google play store - it works fine, but every app, that i download from it, is not working. Why it is so?

All smartphones today have sealed, non-removable batteries. Very few devices have hot swappable batteries unless you buy an older model phone like a BlackBerry Q10.
