We can't contact blackberry by call.
If we call blackberry care they will tell to call your network career. How come network career will be knowing about features and functionalitys of blackberry device...??
And no system wild dictionary. If we are reading any thing if we want meaning of any word then we have to copy that word and past it on google search engine to get meaning of that word but in the case of iPhone if select that word define option will be there to get meaning of that word...

Passport is brilliant for composing a speach, writing down memos, overwieving documents and news, mailing and calling.

Using outdated Docs-To-Go app we can't add tables, flowcharts, images, graphics, in a document. And we can't setup a document according to paper size like A4 or letter. No print preview.
Blackberry is advertising it's device is having powerful productivity features. I'm asking where is that...??? If they are advertising like that blackberry should not compromise in any corner of productivity.
Isn't it this are all basic for every business people..??
Docs to go app is still stuck in 2005.

Blackberry world is suffering from lack of essential apps like Viber, uber, flipkart, snap deal, free charge, mobikwik, tango, ola cabs, AxisBank, HDFC bank, Paytm, shareit, GOOGLE MAPS,eBay OLX etc etc and etc.

We have to wait for 3 to 4 seconds to get search results after we enter any contact name in phone app or contact app... this is one of the worst thing in blackberry10 phones.

I was not going to waste my time, but this is the best mobile telephone on the market bar none. if you want apps get the workarounds. everything works.

as for facebook app, i agree with you that its not the best, but you dont have to side load an android fb app. you can run the app from your blackberry browser

Blackberry passport will take 5 seconds to search a contact in phone app.. this Is one of the worst thing in blackberry passport...

We can't forward messages or images and whats app voice call is not working properly. Some time it won't notify incoming call and miss call... And lot of bugs... And rarely update...
Facebook for blackberry 10 is completely waste....
And if we install android Facebook app it will lag a lot...

Docs to go app is completely outdated almost no productive compare to apple's number, pages app... Blackberry world having very few apps even that few apps won't work properly... Blackberry 10 OS is an outdated....

I bought passport couple of days back and let it stay without sim card, now I want to us it , I thought battry needs to charge... I plug in charger now it keeps on showing orange blink light and does not powers on... Any clue ?

veyl, 20 Sep 2015Dear I purchased bb passport silver edition.My rear camer... moreLooks faulty to me. My PPS rear camera shoots normally though not as fast and sharp as my note 4. Low light was ok. I was expecting it to be a mess but it turned out sharp not blurry. But noise is expected.

And this bother a lot!
I went through many settings, but didn't find one to increase the number of days.
Help please
