I've built my extended opinion inside a "Field" that appeared very, very small but i left it there anyway -- if you care to recover it perhaps you'll find it worthy to be posted. if not, oh well,
suffice to say i'm very pleased with my BBPassport SE. Allthough i cannot find where to acquire an adequate clipped purse to use. regards, HN

Went from my Blackberry Z30 to this Blackberry Passbook. Should my Passbook die I will go back to my Z30 until it dies. Contacted Blackberry and ask them if the Key 2 is 5G or plan on getting a Key 3 for 5G. They told me that Blackberry does not plan on a Key 3 or a 5G Blackberry phone. After 5 Blackberry phones over the years I guess the end is in sight.

matildah, 12 Feb 2019I have my blackberry 10 and when I switch it on it says ww.... moreinstall blackberry link on your PC, hold power key and dwon volume key for 10 seconds. reload device software and a new OS will be installed, boom, you are good to go.

If there is ever a way to update the installed Android Runtime Libraries on BB 10.3, I would be very serious on switching to this Passport as my daily driver.

With Android of course you have access to the state of the art apps. However. The OS of BlackBerry 10 is so optimized! The core feel of BlackBerry 10 feels so productive!
Unfortunately BlackBerry has given up and moved on

victor, 09 Nov 2018does it support whatsapp and other apps?Hello sir.Whatsapp did not have more support on BB10.The only way is to download the android version of whatsaap from apkmirror.com,and whatsapp fix from the app store of BB,to send media files.It's better for you to go on a BB android phone like BB Key2 or Key2 LE,and to acess to all your app that you want.Thank you.

I have been using passport for over 3 years now. Outside of not having support from developers and the OS, this is the best phone ever. Solid. Holds charge beautifully. Keyboard is AMAZING!!!! My only wish is that this phone comes back with a taller screen, android OS, better camera but the same keyboard. KeyOne and Key2 are disappointing with crappy camera, small screen, small battery and small keyboard. Someone needs to build a Samsung or Huawei or OnePlus in this form factor but with taller screen and this keyboard.

med, 31 Aug 2018Hi, I found a good deal for a used PP. previously I used BB... moreI believe you can still use your Blackberry in 2020. I saw a video on YouTube that supposedly no more updates for BB 10 in late 2019 as 5G is coming up as well as Blackberry only will support Android. I hope they will still have 3G and 4G in 2020. I am sure you still be able to use it as a phone for all the normal things you use it now. You still be secure not to share anything automatically on a free wifi spots as Blackberry blocks to be shared. Hey I even have used phones from 2007 with no problem for phonecards, text, some social media and Web use. Good luck and have a great journey with your Blackberry.

I have Netflix and Hulu as well as Instagram, Facebook. You can also install the Android Playstore. Is as good any Android 4.3 (I know that sounds outdated) as you can sideload many app just need to look for them on mirrorapk if you don't want Playstore. As well as security, it's still more secured than Android. Is great for reading as it holds more characters than any phone out there. You can use the keyboard for a many uses, it's incredible not only the feeling of nostalgia of using a real qwerty keyboard. As well as accuracy better than digital.
