Wow.... this specification looks cool... i already have a blackberry pearl 8100 and currently using bold 9000 since it has more memory than pearl..But this upcoming Pearl comes with 3g,3.2mp cam and wifi and improvements in memory and processor and track pad... this model will be hit for sure and waiting to buy this one....

hi this is cool , I find QUARTY keypad quit difficult to handle because of bulkyness
but looking at this i'm very happy to see normal keys as bar phone easy compact , now i can think over it this is going to be cool sure

oooooo, this looks interesting, might actually consider it. I've always wanted to try blackberries because a number of my friends hold it, and it sure looks fun to use. Despite the 3.2Mp camera, will not come close to my Nokia N86 8MP, which ill keep.

Me, 06 May 2010Why is BB releasing the 9105 without the QWERTY (albeit sem... morei think it is a good thing coming from RIM's mind..coz,after a long time being in da qwerty keypad, this can be an alternative for those who doesnt know or not suitable in using any qwerty hand held..for example,my mom must be in a hard time if i give her a bb device (with qwerty),but if i give her this, surely she can manage it well..so think about it..i remember i have read somewhere telling that a fact about non-qwerty device,it has 3/4 users from all users in da world..

Why is BB releasing the 9105 without the QWERTY (albeit semi)keyboard here in the UK? If I want to text, I'll buy any other make of phone that's better at handling voice. The US will get the 9100. Will it be possible to get an unlocked one here (officially, or otherwise)?

I'm happy that a manufacturer finally released a phone that gives the option of both a keypad and a qwerty.
The traditional keypad is something I've missed tremendously on my nokia and sony-e smartphones. Didn't change to blackberry because I text and type single handed and hate the qwerty pad on a phone.
Thank you Blackberry.
Can't wait to get one!

I'm not happy that the 9105 has a T9 keypad and not the traditional qwerty keyboard like all the other BlackBerry models. I'm definitely leaning towards getting the 9100. I'll probably buy out the last 10 months of my contract just to get my hands to it (9100). Most likely it'll come in Australia by December 2010. I'm excited because I loved the original Pearl 8100, especially its size BUT the features was horrendous compared to the other models such as the 8300 thus, I immediately upgraded my phone once the 8300 was released in Australia.
