This phone is amazing. It feels great in hand and the size of the phone is also perfect. Not too big and not too small. The keyboard is awesome. I love the keyboard very much and also love that I can set each key as a short cut to sth I use daily. I heard that the classic keyboard is better but I still prefer this little q10 because of its size and the screen size. It's just perfect. When I first got it, I felt like the screen was too dim to me, it should be brighter, but now I do feel other smartphone screen are too bright. For the battery life, it lasts for a day. At the end of the day, I still have around 15percent left. I use it all day as my daily driver and I do type a lot on thi phone, also listening to songs and watch lots of Youtube videos with 3g on 24/7. Final word, this phone is awesome. I love everything about it, oh the bb10 is fast and easy to use. Get one if you can, you won't regret it. ;)

I had inserted the JIO 4 G sim but its not working.. Can any one tell Why is this so Problem...?? Can we solve the issue..??

Even if WhatsApp is pulled the Android version still works, albeit a little slower to load. I generally try to avoid putting Android apps on my Blackberry devices - they're an absolute battery drain. If you run a berry "clean" the battery life is fantastic.
Good luck on whichever device you choose. The Z30 is also a wonderful phone, the best BB10 device out there for people who dislike keyboards. The virtual keyboard on BB10 is the best by far, no question. Nothing comes close. Not Touchpal, not Swiftkey, not Gboard. No way.

I've always wanted a blackberry and I'm smitten by the q10. As for apps I just need whatsapp and if support is stopped I can do without it.

I still use this phone. I have a huge soft spot for it. It feels fantastic in the hand and is built like a tank. Regarding performance, I only use it for calls, text, WhatsApp and a bit of browsing. That's it. I have NO apps outwith WhatsApp. So for me it runs like a charm and the battery is beastly. I actually prefer the Q10 to the Classic. I probably even prefer it to the Passport. It's not as fast and the screen is tiny but I'm tired of huge phones. Tired of apps. For me and where I am in life this phone is perfect. I hope it is for you too. All the best, SPH.

In case of june 30th, 2017 will be the EOL for Whatsapp native app for BB 10, as a backup solution you can install and use the android version of Whatsapp on you BB 10 device.
