I Also agree that the phone is amazing even still not have it. i personally own a BB Z10 and i love it, as both are running the same OS and with some advantages on Q10 with it's physical keyboard and the Battery life i will for sure go for this one if to find some one to buy my Z10

Does it support BIS or is it d same as the BB z10,otherwise I think the phone is a lovely gadget.
