Two steps dat I believe might help in elongating ur battery life;switch to 2G and then put OFF ur data services while roaming.If things don't change,u need to get another battery.

suddenly lovely q10 burning by itself and battery finish within 2 hours. data wiped 2 tyms and another new battery can't stopped him. any solution do u have???

The phone is good,i haven't experience any hanging but Battery is not strong enough to support more applications,phone superior and does a lot of work n good for business.
I like using it.

I love blackberry but blackberry Q10 hangs like hell and battery life is too poor..i just bought a new battery,same old story,battery doesn't last up to two hours and the phone heats up a lot..
