the best phn I habve ever seen I don't play games and I'm a social users so this is the best one than the android,ios,microsoft they sucks and waste my time but my blackberry don't waste my time #blackberry lover

This is based on specs, price, form factor, target audience and marketing strategy. Passport and Priv are high end BB devices. Not even the Classic can be called high end tbh.

Don't buy a BB10 device thinking it can do what an Android one does. Side-loading on BB10 is just a workaround and was probably made to get users accustomed to Android ecosystem so that the transition to Priv will be a smoother one.
BB10 is drawing its last breath, BlackBerry will not make another device that supports it, they shifter their mobile division to Android. 2 more Android phones will be released this year alone and that says a lot about their business model.

However, they are pretty limited in functionality and most require to be purchased in order to unlock the extra features.
Lately Facebook announced that they will discontinue support for BB10 so ending with 2016 you won't be able to use the official apps for the Facebok service. This means Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram will not work natively.
Sure, you can always side-load Android apps, but because there is no Google Play Store available for BB10, you will run into certain issues with certain apps. IMO the side-load experience is not that great, some apps won't work, some will have poor performance and other will crash.
Q10 and BB10 right now is only viable for productivity work. It's amazing for emails and messages, for meetings, calendars and the office suite. But as far as multimedia and social media goes, you're better off using Android.

The worst phone ever. Most apps are not available anymore for BlackBerry, only Whatsapp. NO facebook, instagram, snapchat etc. The adroid apps work badly and bug all the time. The qwerty keyboard is nice but started malfunctioning quite fast. I'm never ever getting BlackBerry again.

Mauphillips, 17 Apr 2016Can Android Apps really run on this phone ?Ofcourse yes, android apps can run on blackberry Q10, but make sure u update your OS to the lates version through wifi first. Blackberry Q10 is android is android 4.3 series and runs 4.3 apk perfectly.
Am a witness, thats why i can attest to this.

One thing to remember, though, is that Q10 doesn't support Google Services, so Android apps depending on this functionality will be limited or refuse to work altogether. That said, yes, Q10 does run Android apps and does it rather well - I've had very few issues.
