I took the cover off but could not figure out what they were talking about. So I ended up gently tapping the bottom side of the phone & voila! Sound appears to work now."
Try this,if this works just put business card or some form above the battery,sound stupid but this could work.
My Q10 sometimes have had rebooted itself when i put it on flat surface,the battery was disconnected for a moment and card solved this problem.May be the speaker is not connected well or disconnect itself when vibrate the phone,just try it.

After factory reset (security wipe) untouched notification menu will make sound for all incoming calls and it is. After 1 day it start vibrate end of calls but I don't want it. Then all sound goes off including media. This tym only vibrate when disconet a call. Off and on solve that's problems but temporary basis. receiving 2 or 3 call it happened again. Never restore backup files apps contracts. Contracts r saved in gmail. It is a big pain for me.

I had the Q10 for two years.Honestly I just replaced it today. Would have gotten the Passport but my carrier didn't have it so I had to get an Apple(shudder) I loved everything about it except the rear camera. It's small enough to fit any pocket you put it in. Beautifully constructed. Sturdy as hell It has a carbon fiber case and a steel frame. The keyboard was a little small for my fingers but I could type quickly and with little effort on it. I loved how you could wake it up with an upward swipe and the BB hub was brilliant. Really never had any major issues. The minor ones were a very occasional inability to send a text message and the universal search not pulling up results both required a restart to fix. Also the lack of timely updates(Carrier's fault) and terrible app store. The browser was fast but even the mobile editions of some websites were hard to navigate due to the smaller screen. Because of the navigation issue you might want to also look at the classic since they added the trackpad back and hopefully a better camera.

Go through setting again make sure the phone in normal(not silent) mode,main volume on MAX,go to notification and override main volume all slider on MAX,go to quick setting and check notification sign is blue(not gray) ,(drag from the top) make sure notification star is gray(not blue),after you checked all this press Volume up and down till see BB logo.

Again security wiped all data connection off (flight mode), no backup, no restore. only setup bbm id, FB id, email id etc. after 10 hours all notifications, sound have gone. what should i do?

Krvavy, 17 Feb 2016IMHO, the worst phone I ever had to use... we got it as a e... moreI have no idea what you are taking about,with last update this is the best and high QUALITY PHONE,UI has nothing to do with the phone but OS,you don"t like BB 10 OS don"t buy BB phone easy like this.You can"t delete or move two or more pictures from your phone?learn"how to" on YouTube,if you don"t know to use the phone dosn"t mean this is the bad phone.You didn"t mention small screen,bcs you didn"t see it when you bought it.

IMHO, the worst phone I ever had to use... we got it as a extension of contract from our provider... Horrifying UI, removal of hardware call/hangup keys, bugs galore (low volume ringtone), cannot select all pictures but must manually select each one for copying... the list goes on and on... it does have a solid feel, a bit on the heavy side (but nice to hold in hand), solid battery life, but everything else is just a steaming pile of BS... no wonder RIM is loosing customers... It seems they wanted to make a good Blackberry phone, but in the middle stopped and went in the opposite direction (smartphone touch UI)... so you got the both sides of the coin... hardware keys and touch... and both are utterly crappy...

10.3.2.2836 was the last upgraded OS on my phone. Last night i reloaded total OS by using PC. That problems still going on..... hopeless.

after received 2 or 3 calls ringtone, vibration even all media volume goes off from next incoming call. when switched off and on its ringing maximum received 3 calls. it happened coz last week i made a factory reset on my q10. can't find out where is my fault in settings menu. after that i reset it several times. same result. do u know any solution? regards..
