suddenly my phone says "sim not detected" i tried everything, tried another sim didnt work, format the device still nothing happened, re-installed the system software..nothing..
can anyone help me regarding this case please ? :(

A ... moreCheck device monitor,you will see what program or app use,not battery but CPU most %,overheating and battery drain only from high CPU usage.Check what app or program run in background,you can disable it,but when you play games or watch movie there is nothing to do.

Have been using BlackBerry Q10 for couple of months now. A nice phone, but I'm having overheating problem. This usually drains my battery within a very short time. I tried lot of tricks including removing my SD card, but all in vain. Any suggestion, please.

viber?, 11 Oct 2015does Viber work on q10????????Yes, Viber works. If you have the latest software version you can install the app from the Amazon Appstore and it will work just fine. Using it on my Q10 without any issues

Blackberry Link can be downloaded at Blackberry (dot) com and it lets you install it. Very easy installation. And yes. I got my Q10 and my Z10 (replacement) for $100.00 on eBay new and totally worth it. Both are very smooth machines

Had my Blackberry Q10 for just over 2 weeks now and it's preowned!!! Managed to pick it up for about 90$ and I've got to say it was worth it!!!
Having held a Sony Xperia E1 prior to this, the phone is amazing!!! The screen display and camera is great! Plus the 2 gig ram and 16 gig internal memory combined with the processor is just so fast! Never thought I'd see something as good as an Android!!! Only sad thing is I don't know how to download and need to download Blackberry Link to transfer files from pc to phone... other than that best phone ever!!!

I got a q10, dont know which model or which chipset it had but it worked fine. I found it to lag a bit when watching YouTube videos. Not a big deal, but coming from iPhone 4S, 5S and BB Z10, I could see the difference. This phone can handle almost everything you throw at it except games which cause it to lag or the game crashes. Otherwise everything else was fine very strong phone, but out of all the BB10 devices, I found the Q10 to be the less stronger of them. Z10 and Z30 pack power and the Classic is on a league of it's own.

I know I'm little late getting to the table on this one, but I just ordered a Q10 in white from Target. They have them for a good price right now. I had one previously, but felt the need to "move up" to an android phone and ended up sorely missing the physical/tactile keyboard. Here's my question/concern: according to the spec sheet provided on this web site, there are two variations of chips/CPU's used in the Q10; the Snapdragon and the Cortex. First, I'd like to know if that is accurate and secondly, I'd like to know if the different chips provide widely varying performance. Thanks!!

It Has a ... moreAll Q10 are 4G and LTE ready no switch needed,just make sure your Q10 model support your providers bands(GSM,CDMA,AWS) google it for specific provider.I use Q10-5 model on Wind mobile and use 4G all the time,but the same Q10-3 or 4,Verizon or Rogers will not work on Wind mob,so get sight model.
