and what is th... moreOTA-over the air using phone setting,using PC and BB Link installed on it,connect usb cable in BB Link check fore update,You can update the phone using BB official site,the last is using autoloader from Crackberry.com,here is instruction http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-leaked-beta-os-f395/10-3-1-2582-live-links-1007014/.The easy way OTA,allow the phone to download the update and install it on the phone,but as I said,first before You install update 1.make back up,2.security wipe from the phone setting,3 connect to power,4.turn ON Airplane mode to disable radio,no wi fi,no nfc,no BT,every thing is OFF,after You get the OS updated don't restore it from the BB Link.After security wipe You will lose every thing installed on the phone ,so,media,picture save on SD card,contacts on Sim card,email and the apps set up from "0" after update.
In case You decide to update using BB Link,all the same,wipe the phone,every thing is off,don't use the phone,connect to PC open the BB Link check for update.The point,make clean installation with no interruption,no apps,nothing personal on the phone just 10.2.1 OS and after update 10.3.1 OS.OS is installed on it,before You use the phone-volume up and down at the same time till see BB logo,after reset start to use the new phone.Looks complicated,but when You do it once it's going to be so easy.I did it around 8 times on both,Z10 and Q10.

kiroo, 27 May 2015which is better 10.3 or 10.2 ? I use 10.3.1.27xx os update,before used 10.3.1.2576 official,both are good,but I don't advice to use OTA update,use PC and BB link,or autoloader(prefer),before update make back up,security wipe and then update.Don't restore from 10.2.1.xx,start from the scratch.I say 10.2.1 or 10.2.2 are good and stable OS with good battery life,but 10.3.1 has more futures and stable OS as well,battery consumption may be bigger.Ppl have problem after OTA update,so it is up to You.For me to get update was like to get new Phone.I am not a heavy user though.

One problem I have with Q10 is the ringout. It does not ring out after sometime after restarting, but every other audio works perfectly at that moment, I can listen to music and others but no tone when calls come in but after restarting it rings out normally for a while. Anybody having same issue?

Vic, 26 May 2015How do i save songs/music on my Q10. I receive it via WhatsupIn whatsapp setting(slide from the top,or three dots)choose where You want to save media on sd card or the phone in media folder,the same pictures.When it saved on the phone the files go to file manager,from there You can move it when ever You want.

mezzy181, 22 May 2015How can you do a factory reset please??If You need just hard reset the phone,push volume up and down batons at the same time till You see the Blackberry logo,all You have on phone stay untouched.Factory reset will wipe the every thing and install OS You got with the phone.You can do it with Blackberry Link,installed on PC using data cable.Before You do it,switch on Air plain mode to disable Radio and in setting switch off auto update,in case You don't wont to get it OTA.
