Viber is supported only on full touch screen phones.
Skype, GTalk get installed - but they all suck. As they are ported apps and not native to BB OS10....
So, if you want a honest opinion - don't go for BB10 if you want to use Viber/ G Talk / Skype seriously.
No issues with WhatsApp though.

Mr Uziwaheed whatsapp call available on all BlackBerry 10 OS Device and also available skype and BBM on BlackBerry world but yor can get Viber and Tango now you will have to update BB 10 OS 10.2.1 to 10.3.1 after update now sign up in Amazon app store and search Viber Tango and other Android apps it works fine !!!

Bought it few days back and it is one of the best phones out there. Have always been a fan of the physical qwerty keyboards and blackberry has always been offering that. The Q10 is one of their best till date. The OS is fine, keypad is user friendly, apps are working really good, the sound is way too good,and the video player works great. The resolution is perfect. After updating to the new OS it's even better. Really loved the home page option of Q10. And lastly, it's speed is fantastic with a super sensitive touch screen. A great phone for blackberry fans.

dev, 08 May 2015Is the q10 worth buying? I just want to go for a phtsical k... moreGo for it.. I don't play games and I only use my phone for business. The only 3rd party apps I had is whatsapp. It has removable battery which the reason I bought it. And most importantly the phone is built for business use and not for playing games or watching movies. The camera is good enough for snapping pictures. I have no regret buying it over other bigger screen touch screen smartphones.

After I updated my Q10 to 10.3, the phone developed many problems which have not been solved till now. I wish to wipe it and do a re - installation. Which is better, doing a factory reset and stay with the basic software version or installing 10.3 again?

Is the q10 worth buying? I just want to go for a phtsical keypad phone. I loved its shape. And the keypad too. But are there any problems occuring? I wont be downloading the google play and other 3rd party apps. Please guide me. Thanks

jhong, 04 May 2015i have the same problem with my q10, any solution, pls...tnxHi,first of all this is good sign,Your hardware is work properly and the problem in software,OS.I started to use 10.3.OS long before it was released officially and never had problem or bugs,I new the OS is stable and fluid even on leaks.When I received official update OTA for my Z10 it was not big file like the other had,just 152 MB to complete the OS version release.But I started to feel strange behavior of the phone,slower,flickering and so on,it works but different way.The conclusion was: to update the phone OTA is easy way but not the safest.Looks like some files had been corrupted and that is why many of us had problem and bugs after update,or apps of the provider make the difference.So what I did,wiped the phone and reload the OS with autoloader and wualia,the phone is like new.10 days ago I got my Q10,the phone had been wiped by previous owner and I just reload it with new OS using autoloader,no bugs,no reboot,no problem with ring tone.And I have the latest OS even if my provider did not release it.I am not IT person but Crackberry.com is the best community to deal with.Cheers.

For example. Me and my brother were hiking the Grand canyon, both with bell and he would never have any connection. Me with my passport always had a connection.
