Guys, has any of you experienced delayed or non update of the os via ota? Does the wireless provider have anything to do with os update via ota? What can I do to update my 10.2 to 10.3? Does country also have anything to do with os update? Is it ok to reload reset to factory settings?

i have a q10 and its perfect, i use to have z30 the q10 is much more better and the keyboard is perfect for me.

This is the best BlackBerry phone so far in my opinion.I know passport and z30 have better processors but I'm kinda addicted to it sucha beauty

BlackBerry Q 10, Z 10 and Z 30 has HDMI Output I'm using Q 10 after updated BB OS 10.3.1.1779 its awesome !!!

Please guys i really need your help it's urgent, i wanna buy a Blackberry Q10 phone, but i'm still thinking whether this phone is up to date with what i'm going to do with it, please i need you guys to detail me on what the phone does, whether it's really a nice phone please i really need to know because i really like the phone but i'm afraid and scared whether it's a nice one please help me ..... I use the Q10 gold.and I must say it's such a beautiful device. If you're looking for class,durability, and all round smartness then you should go for the Q10. if you love style and class then go for the q10 gold. it's beauty is almost second to non. v10.3.1 is also an amazing software update..
