Hi, my boss is using BlackBerry Q10. Whenever he tries to reply lotus email, there will be an error pop out. Yet, there is no problem receiving and reading the lotus emails.
I tried to consult my IT department and they mentioned to me that BBQ10 system is too advanced thus cannot support the push email from our Lotus server. Is that true?
Kindly advise how can I assist my boss to solve this.

kandy, 26 Aug 2014I bought my Q10 4 months ago..since that i can't open my bl... moreHi You better check your network operator as i also faced the same problem when i bought Q10. This problem was resolved when i chose normal internet pack as all Q & Z series run on normal internet pack, unlike usual BB fones which run on dedicated internet packs. Better check with your service provider.
