After 3 months of using Q10, the keyboard of letter "R" and "I" started goes wrong. It become too sensitive that made me always mistype word. Sent to service centre but they said need 30 days to check the problems. What a "good" service.

After updated to 10.2.1 can't find or install. Operamini,mx player,2go,viber,free anti virus,vplayer,free flash video player lots of android apps don't how to get it.

How's the auto brightness of this Q10? in the new update - 10.2.1 is there an option to turn on or off the auto brightness? if not, does it dim every time it goes on low light?

the BlackBerry q10 is verryy awesome. it suits to my need as a texter. I love my phone more when the the update happened and I can now install apk applications. good work BlackBerry. best phone. camera is much better as well compare on my girlfriend's iphone4 hahaha

I was using Samsung S3 before buying bb Q10 every thing is perfect and great but BB Q10 lacks the blocking mode like S3...Any Idea or suggestion...
sometimes i get tired of attending calls so I need my space and time to get refresh but in bb q10 I don't think this would happen
