I'm actually a bit frustrated by the Q-10... specifically the way they've reconfigured the way I have to browse and navigate the OS with no cursor or back buttons. On my old device, if I wanted to call someone I'd just have to type in their name - now I have to flip / slide to contacts, click and then type.. this is the theme i've noticed most - though it's cooler and sleeker - I'm having to take more steps to do the things I most commonly use the phone for... the screen slide is not more efficient than using a back button, especially if you only have one hand available. Sometimes I find myself caught on screens and it takes several attempts to slide out. You can't just backtrack and adjust spelling errors when you're typing - now you have to click in the area a few times until you get to the exact spot - annoying. I used to commonly save certain images on my phone when browsing the web - haven't been able to figure that out at all.
The BB hub is a pretty decent feature and the browser is faster. Unfortunately, I'm a time is money type and I need the phone to just do what I need it to do... the added sexiness is just wasting my time and resulting in a lot more frustration than pleasure.

Hi guys. I have till date bought and used all bolds. Now it is q 10, the device I was ultimately waiting for. It is totally professional, has extremely good battery life, fantastic signal strength and voice clarity perfect for the purpose for which cell phones are made for indeed to communicate. I have an iPhone 5 and had a galaxy s4 also. But my primary phone is BB q10.
Indeed totally satisfied with this device and precisely what I needed.

HI BB Lovers
I m using Q10 since two weeks and loving it much more.
Want to know the rumor about Android Apps running on BB OS 10 Platform? is it true? How can I do this by side loading apps? Will all the Android Apps (Banking, Entertainments etc) work on Q10?
Please guide me....I want to get those apps of my previous Android Phone on Q10....

the battery only charges to 95 % ive also updated the software but still the same issue.

I think, Q10 is the best blackberry in period. But if you guys want to combine blackberry messenger and application collector including games, i think i got to back to my Android. Coz i heard the rumors that BlackBerry's official release of BBM for Android and iPhone isn't expected until "later this summer," the company said, explaining that the exact release date will depend on when the app is accepted by the Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) Store and Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) Play. So i better have bb messenger on androids.

i m having a bb z10 and really its horrible.its a complete waste investing on blackberry any more till bold 4 it was ok but its getting worst i.e. No more app no latest games and most importent highly priced in comparision to best smart phones like sgs4 htc one in market.completely waste.

Are u sure the LED cant light up with the buy the app from blackberry. why mine one can. or u never use it and your just say something nonsense. please. Q10 is a good phone. Before you say something here, please use your mind.

I picked up the Q10 from Verizon after much anticipation. The OS is excellent! Very fast and easy to do business on. I love device, but for one issue. The voice to text software is horrible. It would capture a sentence correctly less than 20% of the time. I tried well over 100 times with a single simple sentence and it never captured it correctly. I tried the same sentence on an android and apple device and they both nailed perfectly.
If they resolve this issue I would DEFINATLY get another Q10. Again, it is a great device for phone, texting, email and word processing. Fast speeds on Verizon, great blackberry support and Verizon folks were nice too.

The Q10 is smooth and fluid and the screen is vibrant! You no longer need to use BBM package and only use data allowance and also there is no more bugs with the new operating software on this Q10!!!!
It does miss a few gimmicks though like the profiling settings ie if you set on slient and want a specific person ringing, that's gone. The standby light is gone...the battery percentage is gone but most others remain the same! Overall IF it weren't for the price, I'd brought this the day it came out! I hope you enjoy getting one! If not try it out in the shop! Good luck!
