Obviously buy the higher model because it comes with features which you cannot find in the smaller model. Me I am uzing the Z10 and it is still the king in its territory. Android handsets and Nokia and IOS are aware of that,especially after the major update

The hanging of these handsets is the indication of conflict within the hardware and software of the entire handset especially immediate you have upgraded to the major update. This is not a permanent issue. At some time later it iz going to come to an end after the handset has adapted itself fully to the new software. Therefore you cannot begin hating your handset because it is hanging because that is the indication of the ongoing process. Looks and feels like cost 15 euro, not 150, very plastic.

Here are a few differences between the Q5 and the Q10 :
The Q10 has a Super AMOLED Screen while the Q5 has a LCD Screen, Both Screens have the Same Resolution and Size.
Which means that the Q10 will output more brighter and vivid images.
The Q10 has a slightly higher processor clock speed of 1.5Ghz than the Q5 which has a processor clock speed of 1.2Ghz ( You must note that both these amazing smartphones have the exact same processor. )
The Q10 has 16GB of Internal Storage while the Q5 has 8GB of internal storage both are expandable upto 64GB and 32GB via MicroSD card respectively.
The Q10 has a mini/micro HDMI out ( I'm not sure what it is called. ) and the Q5 does not.
The Q10 has a BlackBerry Bold Style Keyboard and the Q5 has a BlackBerry Curve Style Keyboard, both of which are great to type on.
The Q10 has a better 8MP Camera and the Q5 has a 5MP camera.
Both these smartphones have the same amount of RAM and that is 2GB, so multitasking is equally good on both of them.
You must note that the Q10 has a much better build quality and feel than the Q5.
I hope this helps, and I hope that you choose a BB10 Smartphone, also If you decide to buy the qQ10 then do give the all new BlackBerry Classic a look, its basically the Q10 from Inside but with 128GB MicroSD Card support and a few much needed design changes.

Email to help@blackberry.com : they help you instanly like they did to me. You will have your ticket number. And snaplog your system and send it to BlackBerry via your device.

I can' t free more stor... moreIn my experience, back all your data with bb link , include sd card and then go to factory setting for your device and format your sd card. After that you can easily download all your is 10.3 . last step, reload your back up data

It takes less than half an hour to do the update (if you have reliable internet connection) and saves you time. Connect your BlackBerry Q5 via usb and it will automatically pop update. Follow on-screen instructions and you are good to have the update

hello guys, well done wt good work in here...Pls my own question goes thus...pertaining to upgrading issue, I also got update to upgrade my fone to 10.3.1 wch is 1007mb to be specific wch I av successfully downloaded. now after downloading, it stop at 20% of installation for the past three days now...telling to free my fone cos I dnt av enough space...I deleted all my apps and media but d issue still persist... dis is d wot I got d last time I tried " Update Paused. Please free up an additional 2.0GB of space to continue with this update. You can move files to your media card or remove applications that you don't use....Pls help
