Hi....hoping someone can help me to connect my blackberry Q5 to my wi-fi internet. I did have it connected but worried that my navigating through my new phone I turned something on or off because now I can't get onto my internet. When I click on wi-fi it shows that it is on and my network is listed but it's not listed in my saved networks. Could someone tell me if there might be something I have turned off or on that is not allowing my network to be listed in saved networks? Thanks so much!

I love the mobile phone its self but i feel the camera quality is horrible when the flash is used at night. maybe i have to set it. is there a way that it can be set?

I wanna know whether the keypad of Q5 is only for typing or do the physical keys perform some other functions also like those of keypad phones. I know the touch functions, they are similar as in Z10. Somebody tell me about keypad.

Some loosers think its the end .. Suggesting lumia n donno what all .. ( Windows still is ok) .. But bb will be back with a bang with next bb10 update i.e 10.2 .. It should make most of android apps to work on bb .. Thts what we (bb users) want .. Nothn can match a bb xperience .. Only those hu want to play subway surfer head for android .. We are dyn for the 10.2 update ..

before I got my Q5,i came on here to read comments bout the phone from users,as usual a lot of false things were written. the phone is just awesome,excellent battery life et al. the only con I'd say is it's screen size,i wish it were bigger. Go through phone specification before you purchase,and see if it has what you mostly look out for in a phone. I usually look out for battery life,OS and camera quality and Q5 has it all,it's just like a mini PC!!
Love my white Q5!!!
Go get yours and ignore the naysayers.

Obviously your phone is defective(not all products after manufacturing are perfect). your phone comes with 1yr warranty,go back to where you bought it and have it fixed or changed.
