Btw, I have another problem - my Q5 forgets the passwords for my mail ids and often, I have to retype the passwords. Till that time, my mails are not delivered. Painful !!!

Could anyone please tell me if the screen can rotate onn the Q5?
In the operating manual it explains how to lock the screen rotation, but I can't find that specific icon when I follow the instructions.

Q5 needs upgrade because display picture have not been changing on my bbm since and if any other solutions to it let me know now please thanks

Unlike the previous OS 5 or 7, I cannot get the detailed Call History....earlier, when we click a particular caller in the call log, there was an option to view all the logs from that particular contact. But with OS 10, I have not been able to do so with my Q5.
Can anyone help me out please ?

Q5 BB for me,is not user friendly at all. My one week old Q5 is hanging on the last my dialled number until the battery got drained. I cannot perform any task on it please what can I do?
