Maybe the best QWERTY phone in the world, I even never felt any lag with this phone (i've installed so many games 6gb/8gb now :) and for BlackBerry10 you dont need BIS anymore. Just use internet data plan. Fyi this phone mobile hotspot is very awesome, I usually use it to play world of warcraft when I cant found wifi.

The phone has a lot of issues! First, u can't switch it off or even reset by removing the battery.
Second, not using BIS is a very bad idea because network keeps fluctuating on the phone.
Third, u can't copy and paste anything on the phone. As if all these aren't enough, my phone just suddenly stopped saving numbers from my call log!!!

The phone is great and if I am correct it comes with a manual it wouldnt hurt to read and get to learn it slowly but surely u wl get there.Patience sometimes is great.

Its a compact and yet powerful. features are almost similar to Q10 and price is reasonable. its been one month and i am happy with this phone .

Dear All,
Recently purchased BB-Q5 (updated to latest sw)
I'm unable to transfer files via Bluetooth although its enabled and pairing is done. Pls suggest.
(For ex: I select a photo, choose share and then select Bluetooth, it scans the device and lists. I select the device and then nothing happens, except for it comes back to the image. The recipient(othr dvc) does not get any notification abt file transfer at all). So its been a while.. :-( Appreciate responses. Thx.

Why can I not download videos from facebook? Is there an app that has to be downloaded for me to load videos from Facebook? Or is this phone just not able to do so, my old BlackBerry curve could download from Facebook.
