Hi I have some questions; please help me:
I am from Singapore. will appreciate very much especially if you are from Singapore and currently using this model
1. I wonder if anyone knows if this phone is being phased out in RIM soon as I am considering to use a BB for the first time
2. This will be a miracle if anyone knows but I will try - anyone knows if this phone will get an OS 6 update?
3. What are the pros and cons of this phone?
4.For web browsing - is the download rate slow and what kind of websites does it not work well??

Ive been hearing rumours that the storm2 has been having major software issues. Im considering purchasing the phone but am now confused. can someone provide clarity on this software issue, please

I can definitely say that this is the worst ever phone RIM has come up with and definitely there is no OS6 for it. Wait for Storm3 or Torch 2.

I've gotten my Storm 2 about 3 moths ago, it has been replaced 3 times and I've sent it in again for repairs. Still waiting on it. This has been the worst phone I've ever used! And it's been the software every time, not my fault. Though, I'm not the only one moaning about the exact same faults and flaws of this device.

Got my storm 2 with a little bit of hesitation and I must say it’s pretty cool. Its not quite the multi-tasker everyone says it but the touch screen makes up for it.

this phone is great, the surepress makes it even better,
ive been using this for 2 months now after my iphone 3G.
iphone is good but comparing the screens, its night and day. sometimes in my iphone i accidentally select an application while scrolling and accidentally select a link page web browsing, and im sure this happens to in any other touchscreen phones, but in storm2 theres nothing like that, scrolling is just scrolling only and selction is pressing the screen, thanks to the surepress technology! brilliant phone.

You can slide all you want without it selecting anything. Only when you press the screen it selects. Nothing similar to iPhone and better than any other touchscreen.

hi guys,i just bought my storm2 device and cannot send any SMS to friends.i also copied all my contacts from my previous handset to the storm2,and my network keeps on telling the number is wrong anytime i make calls.

How can you tell the difference between BB Storm2 9520 and BB Storm1 from the outside (i.e design, physical)??
I'm looking around online and don't wanna get cheated when I buy Storm2 online but they send Storm1.
