Hi, I have to choose between an N97 mini, or a blackberry 9520 or 9700. Please can anyone offer some advice?

Dude take my word dont go for it i hv seen people buying it ang getting a duplicate chinese piece
so my sugesstion dont go for it . I ts better to buy one from a blackberry showroom or some other retailer

Pardon my lack of knowledge. How do I activate my Blackberry Services on my device? Is this something to do with my network provider or its a software related feature that I have to download and install to activate?

you need to have your blackberry services activated to download appstore. do that & you will get it :)

Can someone please help me with installation of the appworld on my storm 2. Everytime I go to the internet using the device I am not able to download and install as I get a message saying that mu device is not supported. Secondly, I want to include my personal work emails on the device but it seems like the option available needs enterprise activation.

I need an honest reply from you guys.There's a reseller in ebay who is offering me the "Blackberry 9520 Storm 2 Unlocked Smartphone" in about 344$.I read some of the comments here and am not very sure whether to buy BB from this Guy,as he is from Hong Kong and in a comment i have read that it could be a duplicate piece.Please guys suggest me;is it worth buying BB from ebay and from a reseller from China?Is the unlocked version has any further cases of Locking again?Please reply!

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2010This is quite honestly the WORST handset I have ever owned ... moreeither u can call urself as unlucky bcoz u got urself a lousy faulty device..or perhaps u bought it from ebay or any other 'internet market' or 2nd hand phone from anybody who use it like animal..or ur phone is actually a cheap lousy CHINA LOOKS ALIKE!!..that is y u got so many problems instead of have a happy nice day!!

This is quite honestly the WORST handset I have ever owned (and there have been quite a few!!!). It freezes, crashes, needs rebooting/battery pulls at least 3-4 times a week! I cannot make voice calls as I cant hear anybody (they can hear me, I can only hear static). Absolutely useless! hate it hate it hate it! hate it so much I have pinched my daughters really old (and nasty) samsung phone that cost 10quid from Asda! wish I had got the iphone!

AK, 13 Jul 2010you can choose Strom 9520 this is future mobileive ordered the fone im really excited got it for £200 not bad im lukinn forward to it av already got the bb 8520 will i have to have a new PIN for my bb mesenger coz im on contract already with orange and bought this fone sim free?

Been using this phone for the past three weeks and its marvelous, except for the battery life which am ok with. The problem is taht i cannot open any youtube clip, every time i try i get error messages...plus most avi files dont play....how can i solve this problem?

I upgraded from HTC Tytn2 to the BB Storm 2 9520 in Jan 10. Wanted to wait for Iphone 4, but decided on BB for work functionality. BB has been sent back 3 times & had 3 different handsets & waiting on 4th, as every time screen becomes unresponsive, i.e. cannot answer a call or hang up after a call. It is very frustrating as I use the phone for business. Don't use BB app world downloads as feared 3rd party apps affect OS 5 badly. But last Storm only downloaded BBM, but same happened! Not a good experience & BB refuses to exchange handset for Bold 2.
