I am a first time Blackberry user. About three weeks ago I got the Storm 2 9520. I have been LOVING using it, and to begin with all my calls were crystal clear, but in the last few days I have more often than not been struggling to hear what the person on the other end is saying. Does anyone know if this is hardware o software related?

Today I bought this BlackBerry and it is a great phone, but there is one problem everytime I call someone after 20-40 seconds the call stops, it says Call Failed. I checked in the options , there was an option under General Options Auto-end calls , I changed it to "Never". After that I tried calling someone , it continued stopping the call. Does someone know how to fix this?

I honestly think that if anyone loves using a BB then the storm 2 version is a more advanced BB that anyone would love using. It is a truly original phone for the simple reason that it stays true to the BB trademark which is one of the most successful, innovative and original releases in the arena of the new genration phones!

I'm using blackberry storm2 9520 for 1 month. So far no problem because I upgrade the firmware. The battery can last about 3-4 days if I using it. Buy blackberry only from vodafone or verizon wireless.

User interface is simple and intuitive.
                      Everything works as intended/designed.
Great business phone with all the basic extras (apps, navigation, etc).
I find the touch screen easy to use.
Very happy with my Storm 2 and would recommend it to others.

The review says this phone tries not to be an "iPhone wannabe". Really? From the looks of it I don't think it's trying hard enough. What this is, is a classic case of too little, too late against the iPhone OS juggernaut.

BB_usr, 19 Jun 2010Worst phone in the world, shocking screen DONT GET ONE What problems were you having with the screen ? I found it to be one of the most accurate and responsive screens that I've ever used in any mobile phone !
Are you sure your not mistaking this for the Storm 1.
The storm 2 which I have, is the one I'm using now (also using it to type this message). The thing I love about this touchscreen is that you can't select anything by mistake on screen (as you have to click press on the screen to select something while touching the screen just highlights an item.

I had the BB Storm2 on T-Mobile for 2 days.
I thought it would be fantastic after my experience with the Bold 9700 but I was very disappointed.

Overall the phone looks and feels very nice apart from the battery cover which I think is very flimsy.
I had problems with the touchscreen when using the Facebook app, the Internet and when texting (phone seemed to lock up until you pressed top of screen and then go back)
T-Mobile think phone is faulty and arranged an exchange which was sent to the wrong address.

I have now sent the phone back under 7 day return policy... I'll stick with the Bold 9700

I don't want a phone that's faulty "out of the box" - it doesn't give you much confidence

                                        Pete
