blackberry blue tooth only connects vit its blackberry phone "only". they cannot connect with others phone, expect blackberry.

2-pair your device with another device.
3-go to media the press the options button thats next to green dial button. select receive using bluetooth. then it will ask you from which device.
4-select the device and receive the file.

storm has good camera feaetures only.
battery doesn't last for even 24 hours. storm was rolled in the market without being tested. it doesn't have wifi. generally its not a good phone. can't record a call too. in phone book cant see the numbers while scrolling just names. putting a memory card of 2gb, this phone freezes. you cant copy all contacts in a go to sim card but can copy all contacts from sim to phone. this is the worst blackberry phone. rim should come up with a solution for better battery life for all bbs.

If u're looking for a device to work with (as I do), you'd be better with the 9500, but if u wanna have a device that looks OK, the 5800 could be better (it's thinner)
Just keep in mind that this 9500 sports a capacitive touchscreen... Nokia 5800 doesn't...

pls check, how about if you charging with data cable?
if still not work (but pc can detect your blackberry), maybe there's trouble with your software..
if you use data cable, and your pc didn't detect your blackberry, maybe your port usb have some trouble..
let me know, can you see the flash yellow when you try to charge your battery?

The worst crapberry ever! We have more than 15 ppl in our company with same phone - all have had probs, got new phones and still have same probs! White screen of death - requires constant reset, screentouch is shite! Can't wait to get new iPhone when i get off contract....2 months to go and counting! Put me off Crapberries for ever!
