BB storm is one of d best thing to happen to me.yeah-a few issues initially but if u v d BIS or BES and update ur software and apps regularly...no more probs.d issue is people buy wat they do not need&made no enquiry on b4 purchasing... Been using mine 4 about 16months.

My present phone, its bulky device, typing on touch screen is not very user friendly and please dont compare strom with I-phone there is no comparison between these two..

djmanish , 02 Aug 2010hey bro , dont plan to buy this mobile if u are a busine... moreThats my complaint.. the battery only last for 24 hours maximum. But as a whole i like it. You'll only have problem if you do not configure it well with your network provider and having the proper application be installed. Also, it difficult to hold on your grip.. it one time slips on my hand. The phone is heavy and the body is so smooth.

samuel, 20 Aug 2010please i have a problem with my blackberry touch screen eac... moreThe biggest problem the BlackBerry Storm 9500 has is memory management – the reason for your error message: "uncaugh.exception,java.lang.nullpointer exception”. Now there is a new software update available; it makes all the difference. I have had almost none of the problems I had previously since updating the software – error messages, phone that hangs and soft resets without warning. It made me feel like using the phone again. Its media player is still better than my Nokia E63’s and its download speed while using it as a modem, far superior, although its browser is not usable like my Nokia E63. Install the update and u will find that it is not such a bad phone after all. Just be aware that the new software takes up a lot of space and there will be hardly enough left for any third party apps.

I seriously think blackberry 9500 storm1 sales should b eradicated in totality. D factory default is so much. Its look is cool but d hangin is just so much; its either u remov d battery or hav patience for eternity for the hang to stop. That's if its goin to. The fear of storm1 am sure will affect d sale of storm2 except d factory is assurin its consumers on that

bb boy, 09 Aug 2010how can i surf the net? without wifi?Using 3G. Not as fast, but it's decent for browzing and checking mails. Depending on reception you can get good speeds on you tube.
