I am a huge Blackberry fan.. But this particular 9500 is not the one I would recommend anyone to buy.. With no WI-FI and active GPRS, life becomes tough.. Also, the battery life is one major concern.. Need to charge it on a daily basis, you use it or not! Didnt wish to write this.. But its true.. Its very painful and heart-breaking to write such for a Blackberry product.. :(

Hey, guys the strom iz a wonderful phone but ya itz somwht complicated. If you knw hw 2 use it, den itz bettr den ne....n ya i want 2 add dat u can fully adjust it in ur own way as u can in nokia(dosnt stand in front of strom). This phone is full of features you nevr imagine. THE only drawback iz itz ram iz only 128 mb n itz lack of WIFI...othrwise itz awesome..

bberry is not a user friendly fone...its complicated...using bluetooth is also complicated for sending and recieving...u have to pair before sendin/recieving..cant even mark items to delete or to send...u have to do it seperately/one by one...Ir reception is not good...signal recieving is poor in underground areas...cant record calls..
apart of this sound clarity is best..sound in media is v.good..picture quality is good..camera is fine...touch is awesome..after updating few things changes but over all out of 5 i'll give this fone 3 !!!

Well I own this phone, and it's the best and worse phone I've ever owned (previously used an SE W800i).
Now it's great as it does so many things, email, music, camera, downloadable apps. I even bought a pdf reader so I can read on the go. Browse the net with varying success, mostly positive.
However, it sucks on the fundamentals, the battery life is horrendous, I pretty much have to charge it daily or it will die. You can stretch to two days max with moderate use. The operating system often, rather infrequently, shows the waiting icon forcing unnecessary waits. There have been times when I've missed a call because the waiting icon prevented the answer button from registering. Also, this may just be my own, but the touchscreen isnt responsive. The middle is fine but clicking the edges is poblematic. I had it sent off for repair from my phone provider, but the phone came back refurbished but the issue not addressed. If you're thinking of getting this, well you could do worse its not a bad phone. It's just spoiled by several flaws.

yasir, 17 Jul 2010on exiting on internet browser,charges are still cutting fr... moreuse browser to browse and not wap_browser. you could download opera mini and use it to browse its cool and you can open as much pages with tabs..

without a doubt the most frustrating phone I have ever used, had problems typing, the screen would go to landscape mode even while locked and would never tilt back to default.
