after resetting it cannot dial numbers containing (0) and the return key is also not working

I managed to find out what was drain the battery i removed this application (Varizon GPS + Rhapsody Music Centre) and every thing was fine.
i've been BB'ming,Facebooking,etc by friends and it lasted me 12hrs compared to the 2hours

The phone is okay when i use it with MTN line,and the batteries is still okay,despite the fact that i bought it fairly use.

BIS in India. Most providers like aircel, vodafone, wont support this phone for BIS (blackberry internet service). Airtel wins the race even here. Vodafone cx. care guys checked the phone and said, some chip has to be altered/embedded as its gsm/cdma dual mode mobile. Dont ever think of using BSNL with this phone, for me it restarted many times a day.

Hi i had battery issues initially, but when i used it with airtel sim (india), and set the backlight to 10%, i could use it for a day with out sacrificing any 3g data usage, with all web apps open. The lighting was also more than enough. One more issue i noticed was when i used BSNL sim, the network wasnt stable, and the storm phone was also restarting quite often, ridiculous. The same phone worked flawless with AIRTEL

Have a problem in that the battery life on my BB9530 lasts only about 3 hours and its a brand new battery any ideas why

to anyone who has issues with receiving files through bluetooth on any bb phone, you have to go to media first, press the blackberry menu key then select receive using bluetooth. solved.
i love blackberry phones and i had this 9530 too. the lack of wi-fi didnt really affect me too much cause the data plan should cover for it. but after sometime, some pixels on the screen stopped responding to press. tried to loosen the screen from the back like what they advised in online forums but to no avail. could have been a really nice phone for me if not for that. well, it's the first touchphone of blackberry so i guess they havent mastered the touch technology on this phone yet.

Strom 9530 manufactured by Verizon Wireless is really a bad quality, i am facing battery problem..Full charged battery can't sustain its charging for 3 hours in spite of being in full coverage area and not using any application or talking on phone..I changed battery but my issue remains unchanged..Really pathetic…Don’t buy it……Already stopped mfg by BB

please i will like you to help me , for my tactile screan does not work perfectly , so i have dificulty in getting into my phone because of the pass-word it ask. so can one tell me the way to change or cancle my pass-word , using my computer. so thank you for understanding.
