please am using this device, and i regularly experience the phone hanging( everything at still) nothing working,untill i remove the battery and reboot the phone again. In such a case what may i do?

I don't recommend this one to you guys because of my experience for it because you have to click the screen although it is a touch screen but you have to clicke the screen for it to respond for what you click
So I prefer blackberry 9320

The phone is the greatest mistake from BB! The RAM space is so small. After about 3-4 downloads, the space on the RAM is occupied! Besides, the phone is too heavy for the pockets! Its not pocket friendly at all!

wow it is having a sexy appearance but the specifications are not so good enough..and while coming 2 the use of it we have to carry a portable charger with us...the only fault i found...:)

I have purchased one through India Today group however despite all possible efforts made by me the battery does not get recharged . I have changed twice the battery and the charging chord but to no avail .
Can you suggest me what should I do to make it functional .
