Honestly speaking, its Really so bad, a lot of problems occured during use. I suggest to change your mind to go buy Nokia inliu of Blackberry.

Hi, im from indonesia. Just got my 9530 1 week ago. Here's my
impression about the storm.
Pros :
1. Very HQ handset for bellow US$200, i got mine IDR1800k
(brand new).
2. Nice Camera with AF too.
3. Very nice LCD screen.
4. Smooth themes effect.
5. Glass Capatitive Screen (it means scratch proof, i tried
to scratch mine using cutter, and it's still beautifull).
6. Very solid feel, fell a bit heavy though but i like it.
7. Fast 3G BIS connection, i'm using Telkomsel BIS.
Cons :
1. No Wifi (who needs wifi anyway if u hav unlimited data
plan)
2. Typing speed cant match QWERTY keyboard.
3. Battery only last for 1 day (1400 mAh) normal use, half
day for heavy use.
4. Unstable BIS connection (maybe due to GSM/CDMA Dualmode)
5. Screen button doesnt seem last long...
6. Limited memory, only 30MB free after installing apps.
7. Leaked memory, so u need to restart this fone once a day.
8. The ambient sensor has issue, when u hav notification
light on, the screen will dim until notification light off.
Weird huh...
This's a very good fone, but i suggest u to get the 9500
instead 9530. They both got identical hardware, but i think
the 9500 BIS connection should be more stable than the 9530
due 9500's native GSM fone.
Btw, my fone firmware is v5.0.0.1041.

Sanjay, 05 Mar 2011Wht the error u getting? whn u trying to open a browser ?it is showing activation error on purchase from Naaptol-India. Advice to bring this phone in operation. Naaptoll is not cooperating.

hello pals... this is Vasanth from Chennai,India...i used bb9530 with my airtel and it worked fine. but i cannot use it for my mts cdma sim card. my fone is an unlocked one. i tried all settigs in my fone. someone plzzzzzzzzzzz help me to use my cdma sim card..... i need ur help very urgently.....

i have blackberry storm 9530 verizon uses,my brither buy this smartphone when he outstation in us,i came from malaysia.so my question,why i didn't search anything internet application?
i just can use this phone for message n call only.so same like another normal phone and can be use as smartphone.
