Hey!
I just got the phone and I had to write this review. There are a lot of bad reviews of this item and I was freaked out about that. But the true is that I recieved it in perfect conditions. Everything is working perfectly. Nothing is missing. It does come in a Verizon box but is brand new. It's unlocked and I just had to put my SimCard to began using it. By the way I'm in the Dominican Republic so it is a Global phone. I do recommend it!
