can anybody tell me why my bbm icon has disappear as soon as i installed v5 bbm?? what kind of bbm that can be installed to my 9530? coz my bbm doesn't have any picture profile..my contacts is about 57..but now nobody can ping me..help me please!!

Its a long procedure to update your OS(not that long). It will take you like one hour to do so.
Google and you will know how to do so.

I just got this phone and was trying to update to the latest software however it's saying that there is not enough memory in the phone I have a 16gb micro Sd card in the phone does anyone know if that is just for media or if it can be used to store more applications in the phone?
