Just bought a Torch 9800, it is the worst gadget that I has ever bought. It shut down frequently, horrible battery like. As you talk for 1 minute it shut down because of battery drainage. It frezes at times I can't even get the full use of it. Would never buy another blackberry phone first impression last.

used to be a nice phone ,no flash video player ,bbc no longer supports it

Hi. I bought this device last friday. I have problem disabling the security password. When I click the enable to disable (options>security>password), it doesn't respond. Please help.my data's has been wiped 2x already bec of this password.

good features manages rough conditions but very poor otherwise.

This is the worst phone I've ever used and a complete waste of money for such an expensive gadget. The phone is slow, lags often, freezes, turns itself off, loses signal frequently, horrible battery life-cant even go for a day with normal usage, mediocre camera, bad video recording, coating around the screen starting coming off after a year of usage-the phone looks so ugly now. The only positive aspect is, phone is very sturdy and resistant to drops but this doesnt make it worth that much money.

hrobinson, 28 Feb 2013your network is turned off if you are getting the SOS message. If its off then its off if sos its either no signal or no sim

jai, 25 Feb 2013i m not getting signal in my bb 9800, it says only sos avai... moreyour network is turned off if you are getting the SOS message.

Hi u want to just download downgrade bb os and downgrade via bb manager and after upgrade bb os. Backup is must. Try to change your sim card get new sim card.
