Why does RIM not respond to the charges of mulfunctioning reported by torch 9800 users? Please say something to clear the doubts. There are reports that the battery leaks and some phones have been recalled. Is this true and if so what has RIM done to rectify the problem?

Keyboard is bad. very hard to use. touch screen is sensitive and the phone is quite slow.
the battery dies fast as well. you need a charger to be with you always.haha

Blackberry torch is a very good smartphone,I've been use it for 5 months(no problem yet on my white torch the os 6 run smoothly,the 5 mp camera works fine,but,the sound quality sucks,the sound quality mostly like blackberry curve 3g,my first blackberry,the build quality sucks too,because,if I use my otterbox commuter,my phone will be have some scratches,I hate that.the virtual keyboard is useless,because,it's too small,but I like my torch,because torch make my life easier everyday.if you want to buy torch,don't buy the white one,buy the black one,because the white one will get scratches very easy

Blackberry torch screen is too small for typing,but I love the design,but the white version is very easy to have scratches,mine already get some scratches

the phones is soo amazing..i was on bold 9000 and then moved to bold 9870 then finally moved to 9800 and within this one years 2 months of switching from these wonderfull phones..i would realy wana commend RIM for putting wonderfull touches to the smart phone ranges and this is a good one..
except the baterry which is evern user based dependent,.kudos to RIM...nice one

i using in three years blackberry, i used the 81xx series, 83xx series, 8900, 8520, 9500, 9000, 9700, 9780 and finally my ultimate blackberry model, the torch 9800, is the best model, its exceptional model, touchsccreen and qwerty keyboard, i like it, compare my iphone 3gS, the torch is my favorite model for emails and instant messaging, good job RIM !!!

the screen is waaaayyyy too sensitive. If it so much as touches my face while i'm making a call, it either mutes or ends the call!! and it hangs!!!!!
