I'm using blackberry torch 9810, it does not even when the vibration is enabled.I can't also my blackberry world with my sim onless wireless connection. I need help.

my blackberry torch led light indicates a white light when i plug my charger and i won't on when i try to switch it on please help me out.

my bb torch 2 cannot turn on. the led red light in front blinks and go off. at times when i put the battery in the fone the blackberry sign flash the screen but can't load to even half and the screen will go off and start again for the whole day. i tested with a new battery but still same problem. what should i do

Facebook, Youtube, and Viber work. Whats App is only $1.99, but works flawlessly. Instagram.. I am not sure if there is an IG app for BBOS7, and no Netflix app for sure.
