Hi!I 'm a new user of BB.I want to know. How to upgrade to os 7.1.in What way we can upgrade it..I don't know anything about this phone. COULD someone tell me How to upgrade it. Pls tell very clear and reply me soon. THANKS.

Your phone does not recognize the battery and so the phone can not use it until it gets "paired" with an official battery. At that point, the phone should recognize it and it should work. hope this helps.

Its really a nice phone,but sometimes when I wana make calls,I won't hear my recipient and neither will he/she. Let's not go to the battery side cos mine is d worst

I've using this torch 9810 almost 9months.. The battery life is sucks and I do need extra battery or handphones for back up.. Just 1290-1300 mAh?? Kidding?? Even samsung champ the ordinary using 1500mAh.. Dissappointed..

money moni, 06 Jul 2012Pls, what's ur opinion about torch 9810 and 9860. Which one... moreTruthfully, I was considering getting the 9860 at one time but stayed with the 9810. The main thing the 9860 has over the 9810 is the bigger screen. Oh, it also is a little lighter. The battery life is better on the 9810, especially if you upgrade to 7.1 software. If you do a lot of texting, typing, and email you would like the physical keyboard on the 9810. The 9860 would probably be a little better for media because the screen is a little bigger. I had heard that the 9860 is buggy at times. That and the bad battery life is why I stayed with the 9810.

It is my carrier disabling thst feature. I am not concerned since my 9810 will still switch on it's own wbrn the 3G or better is wreak and my battery life is better with 7.1.

There is also a battery saving mode, which I use and has made a noticeable improvement in my battery life. The upgrade to 7.1 was good, but there are some things to be aware of. You will get mobile hotspot, but your carrier may still not allow it to be used. As an example, I have AT&T. They won't allow me using thr hotspot unless I up to a tethering plan for my data. Another carrier related issue is that I can no longer manually switch between 2G or 3G/4G. My frirnd on T- Mobile doesn't have

Never Liked the Blackberry Brand before, But i got my Hands on this mobile, Its so Easy to use, Slick & Fast, BB is For Me, Time to Sell my HTC Sensation.
