i bought this fone online was very reasonable it looked great had nice features lasted about three weeks then stopped charging.... did son digging found a few other people had the same fone same problem... the charging port in the fone is not soldered properly to the board and the slightest movement will disconnect it apparently it my be a defect in this model had to take it to be soldered back on ...... the guy who took it tried to and burnt the board sooooooo yeah its not working! welllll that was the end of that ... but i know people who got theirs fixed and are still using it to date

the phone is a waste of time,i admit that the camera is good and takes out really nice pics,but the phone is a complete waste of time and money,it doesnt have call waiting,call forwading and u cant even conference a call,without having to hang up the both calls and when you are on the phone no one else can get in contact with you,the phone overheats really fast and every time it gives a little trouble you have to take out the battery and reboot the phone..........what a waste i must say

i live in south africa,my blackberry torch 9850 was shipped from london and doesnt connect to the internet with any other sim card from this country, how can i change this?

I believed this phone was a good one until it just came off & not coming on again, it reaches 75% on the rebooting bar & then freezes, no matter how i wipe,flash,factory reset it, its not wrk for nu,steupzzzzzzzzzzzzz
