Iam a user of blackberry torch 9860.I enjoy and admire this phone so much.unfortunately,not long ago while the phone was freezing,I thought it was due to the so many applications downloaded.thus I mistakenly deleted a folder called "DOCUMENT TO GO"which is a document viewer.eversince,I cannot view some documents.please,advise me on what to do to get back this deleted programme.may u emailme at skmanasare@yahoo.co.uk

phone is very good ever things is well with out one things that is voice if call some than the is automatecly stop n comunication drop ther we cant talk caller properly plz solve this problem

I love my new fone....however, I'm getting some freezing up. It fell once but I don't think that has anything to do with that freezing up problem.

not the best phone i have ever had, i thought id choose blackberry as a change, alot of friends had the phone. within the last 12 months, i am now on my 3rd replaced handset, memory low, even with a 8gb memory card installed. wipes photos and then can not find them. in general, i wouldnt tell anyone to get this phone. has put me off blackberrys full stop.

My Experience with this phone is memory leak, from time to time free memory will go low and at the time it's very low than it need to reboot.
Why is that ??

I m a regular user of bb and I have mostly used ol de models in bb. Recently I purchased a torch but m not happy with dis phone.whenever I call someone voice does not come properly

I am so frustrated with the feezinbg of the touch screen for texts. Enough to say to people dont invest in a Blackberry

I have being using blackberry for the past 4 years now and all the bb phones i have used is wonderful...i lyk the 9860 vry much but the problem is it sametimes goes off by itself and also vry slow when human speed is apply. wht is the problem?

btl, 09 Feb 2013I used this phone and little while before I have changed my... moreyes, it's possible to recover your wiped data from your phone's mass storage (internal memory) but mostlikely not all files especially when you already saved new files (photos, games, music files, etc.)on your phone's memory. you can try windows file recovery softwares to do so. just make sure you had bb desktop software installed on your pc or laptop. use mass storage mode for your phone's usb function when connected to your pc and so goes on for the recovery procedure. i hope this could help your dilemma...

I used this phone and little while before I have changed my old sim and enter new sim and accidently I click the key "wipe data" without concern. Now I have lost all my photos , texts and other very important storage. so, i extremely want to know is there any way to get back my old storage like photos, texts and others??? plzz help me....

I am an avid fan of Blackberry phones, so much that, i got my first 9860 phone some 5-6 months ago. i bought with 7.1 upgrade, and installed an 8gb card.
Been reading the reviews for quite some time now. I think people who are complaining, dont know the perfect use for such a beautiful phone. All my personal and business requirements are perfectly accomplished.
Used other phones as well, but the features i got with 9860 are incomparable.no iphone, or android provide so many functionalities as this one.
1 suggestion to all users. Try to learn about any phone, before even commenting. Don't use smartphone if u cant handle device smartly............

it is a excellent blackberry full touch screen device been using this phone for 4 months now and is fantastic no lagging and no hanging it has a good processor and for anyone thinking of buying than go for it because its worth the money!

There are lot of problems occurring in the software.The set has been replaced twice within an year still of no use.Disappointed with the set.First time had bought Blackberry set.Disappointed.Auto dialing and so much of other activities keep taking place on its own.
