But I don't care about these stuff ! As I have the battery saver app and newest os 7.1 and a portable charger !

The battery life was really crappy, but after the upgrade 7.1
It lasted a lot .
And I downloaded battery saver app and its working really well now .....
I don't use 3G ;)

Bought mine in December 2011 and it's already packed up. It just went off in June 2012 and never came on. Took it back to the store i got it and guess what.....was told there it had no software warranty!

I have it and it lags a lot !
It sure has a decent battery but the os is laggy, and the internet is very very slow !
The 9860 has it all ! But the only disadvantage is the battery life !
Its not a problem to me cuz I carry a portable charger for it.
U can buy it from ebay its cheap .

And if u like to use touchscreen phones then the 9860 is the right choise .
Btw the torch 9810 has the same and exactly specs of the 9860.
And the torch 9860 is really affordable and cheaper than the torch 9810 !
So its up to u.
Same specs but with a different price.

Surprisingly,after turning on the power saving mode on this bb,and switched to edge, my battery power improved and can now take a full day and late into the following day before charging it again. !

This phone is no good! The touch screen does not repond well especially in cold or humid weather. The phone freezes often for several second and suddenly continues to function. No Radio ... Camera is average. We have 3 of these amongst friends and all have the same problem. The touch screen alone makes this phone extremely difficult to use forcing one to have to delete and retype something over and over again... Stick to keypad or get another phone. Blackberry is lightyears behind in hardware!

This Mobile is really Awesome..! i would like to get this mobile soon..! Performance is really great and it's BlackBerry OS 7.0 is Good one to Speed it up.! lol :)

I bought this phone in may and for me its been a mixed bag.the screen is very good, I guess the best on any BB to date.the user interface is very friendly and intuitive.however, the keyboard is very frustrating and the battery is the worst I have ever experienced on a phone.Even with the phone on idle (ie no calls or internet or sms) ,it can barely last up to ten hours.I also wish the screen was bigger and that it had flash support in the browser.if u wanna buy it just note that the battery sucks.......and big time too and that the keyboard is very frustrating too.I guess BB is definitely being left behind in the OS race.I'm definitely in for gs3 or htc one x next.

I don't know if any one else noticed that the internal memory on this phone reads 2.5gigg.
while it is specified to have a 4 gigg in gsm arena. could it be possible someone is reprogramming this devices or could it be a lapse from rim.however i find this falsehood nature to be very appalling.

i purchased BB 9860 a couple of weeks ago.unfortunately, someone told me internet will work through BIS(blackberry internet services).if this is true, this is worse thing ever.
in saudia, we are using several local internet SIMS to have cheap call through viop. can someone help me how to resolve this issue. thanks
