I have used it for half a year!!! Really hangs a lot!!! I really wanted to hang the designer of this phone!!!

I bought my BlackBerry Torch 9860 less than a month ago and a few days ago it started going to emergency calls only and I have to pull the battery out to reboot 3 or 4 times a day to get it to reboot. I'm very disappointed with it and will replace it as soon as possible.

Great phone. Best if you have the least apps in it. Then it won't hang. It has the best camera and videocam in it. You will not regret.

Well, guys. If you are lookingfor the best blackberry ever seen at the moment, here is it! Many things to say.
The keyboard are better, than qwerty types in my experience. Tree times fast, same iphone 4.
Well the battery life, depends of the use, of course, but to had this size of screem are working perfect.
Dunring less if you install whatssApp in your device.
Only the poor part of all this it's the bad App in the App World. Apple it's 1000 times better, if you dot care abut ti's..go buy it! do not be afraid.

It's screen is a little smaller, but battery life is better, especially after upgrading to 7.1 software. I am able to get an upgrade now, but I am waiting until BB10 devices arrive later this year to see how good they are. I would wait if I was you unless you get a really great deal without contract.

Cool, this touchscreen just easy like Nokia X6 but its has capasitive.
i like this product. about the battery ? it seems fair enough.

I'm not regret to throwing my iphone and change to this Torch 9860. The best blackberry mobile i ever had. My suggestion if u want to running this phone to the max performance, try to using Hybrid system OS. I'm using it and got my BB running fast, smoothly and also good in battery saving.
