It is terrible to unlock the phone even with a soft cover. The convenience key doesn't have lock/unlocking option. It sucks. Rest is good.

Bought one att banded unlocked,I'm using it on tmobile it works great,everything,just don't confuse it with the 9850 you might go crazy trying to get data to work

steven, 23 May 2012is this phone good? which one is better blackberry torch 9... morei've try Bold 9790 & Torch 9860... if you like messenger than browsing, go for 9790... but if you want better perform when browsing i highly recomended you buy 9860

i just bought this phone 2 days ago & i'm very very love this phone, browsing without lag, not like my Bold 9780... when i browsing with 9780 i always stress, but with Torch 9860 i very enjoy ^_^
