I have 9860 and sorry to say it is the worst glass display ever, fingerprints prblm, while iPhone, samsung, LG, HTC .... does not have this prblm

I thinl it one of the best phone gr8 features and no prblm seen yet and as far as videocalling is concerned I think its of no use no one can hold his/her phone 4 a long time in his hand to do videocalling this feature is gud for laptop that's y its nt a damn gud facility to switch from blackberry to any other brand videocallin is available in a phone worth 2900 bt b.b.m is nt

kz, 26 Oct 2011the torch 9860 can't do video call...in fact, i've never he... moreYou're absolutely right my friend. RIM has not yet introduced a front camera in any of their devices & hence no option for a video call. This is one front BlackBerry is lagging far behind android and Apple.
I hope RIM pay attention to this and add more and more apps in their App World as well to compete with Android & Apple.

ive got a samsung galaxy s2 and now ive got the torch as well the reason ive got a blackberry, is it is the only phone on the market that u can add a top up and use it world wide nearly for texts and email and not cost, with bb chat. so i find them great cos i need this. so it depends on what u need a phone for.

The phone is good the only bad thing about it is you have to download an app to turn the screen rotation off

Battery life is amazingly short. The rest of the features are ok. Some quite good, some not so good.
