this phone is a C+ to me... the battery is a big big problem even for moderate users like me...even the older samsung/iphones seem better designed

okok..so they produce unwanted phones but at least my company issues them for for free...wait my company switched to samsung last year ! yipee no more blackberrys

i have experience with blackberry.i will buy this only if they throw in an iphone, how bout that for poor customer experience !

I use to love BB for its quality..but lately its getting to be like WANG COMPUTERS of the 1980s...squeezing in all this features that no-one really wants n ignoring the specs that customers do want...blackberry pls listen to your customers again..plus improve your customer service pls.some of your front line staff r really unknowledgable & even nasty

my company use to issue BB in 2007...now it issues iphones and even the BB loyalist like myself admit that BBs are outdated... the apps are sadly lacking...for sure apps r not a must have...but they do add to the overall experience... cant see myself now with a BB unless they improve by at least 90%

I recently changed from the iphone4 to the BB torch 9800 and I would not go back. But at the end of the day it all comes down to personal preference.

the only reason why choose blackberry for me is quality.
no front camera doesn't mean anything when u can easily send picture

I have a 9700 with OS6 and all these problems with speed on twitter facebook is bull! i have version 2.0 on both Facebook and Twitter, BBM 6.0 and App World 3.0 running on a 2G EDGE network in Trinidad & Tobago and it works fast no lags etc! maybe you guys got a refurbished phone!

I have BB 9780 and been waiting to for new BB but now they show these most likely keep mine or have to change to 9860 just for change.
