Its a great phone with all features. the only thing it does not have the WI-FI connectivity...........
Which is stopping me to buy this.

meme, 24 Jul 2011my blackberry messenger has not working at all. the browser... moreIf you go to the icon that looks like an antennae and click on that, make sure that your service is checkmarked and that you have your actual service on. Blackberry made it so that you can turn your service on and off on your own without turning your phone off. If your phone recently died and you just charded it that would make your service not come on automatically. If this doesnt work, try just pulling the battery while the phone is still on. Wait about 10 seconds then put the battery back in. When it reboots, follow the directions above and turn the service back on. I hope this helped!!!

dude just because it works with gsm and cdma doesn't mean it's dual sim, this phone is not dual sim, the chinesse fake version probably it is

I got a BB tour for over 2 months now and i dnt have any problem with except for the fact that the ball gets sticky sometimes.... Its a very cool phone .......
