Anonymous, 25 Feb 2015The problem is not only in third party apps but also system... moreThere is all ways chance to download corrupted file with big update like 1.5 GB,try just re-install the 10.2.1 OS and update again through BB link.Once You received update play with this,Your phone will receive update every time it has 10.2.1 installed.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2015The problem is not only in third party apps but also system... moreI have no problem with new update before and now,the leaks worked better only bcs I did custom restore and not full.99% who used leaks did the same,I am not IT person but after 4-5 leaks it could be a good solution for Your problem with update.We all receive the same files from BB,the same OS update and only few of us have problem,this means that only particular phone has something different,like You say photo,upps,setting.That is why I am saying go from the scratch,no upps no photo nothing to interfere the update.Good luck.

No need for balckberry link as BB Link sometimes doesn't get the device connected.
Use Windows 7. Open Internet Explorer or Mozilla (only) and go to here and choose "Check for Updates" in "Update on the web" section" - http://global.blackberry.com/en/software/smartphones/update/blackberry10-os.html
Then connect the device. Then its just easy.

Then in the application select check for software update. Then you are good to go. (make a backup using the link software)

The system menu's lag. Does your phone lag?
I have observed that the leaked versions did not have this problem....

raj, 24 Feb 2015Can z10 stl100-1 be updated on 10.3.1 in india...yes if your z10 is factory unlocked but if not it depends on your carrier mine is stl100-01 factory unlocked and runs faster and smoother after the update

Hi,update size for my Z10 was 55MB,bcs It run leaked 10.3.1.xx for a full month with no problem so I made it official.I see some of You have problem after update but not every one,Why,check the apps You use or installed on Your phone.My advise,reload factory OS and make clean update and do not back up from previous OS,or make costume back up,only media,contacts but not the system or what ever.Go throw setting from the stretch and all Your problem will be gone.BB 10.3.1 is awesome don't miss it.I personally used Security wipe before installation,even if I used auto loader that wipe the phone any way.Good lack"two steps forward not even one back."

the new update just ruin my phone. Now, everytime I access to blackberry HUB, I can not go back to home screen by swipe up from the bottom. This problem never happen before, I must access to facebook (or click to any links in email in there to open another app) through blackberry HUB and then close facebook app to back to home screen.

What's app showing older msg as unread msg whenever I restart my phone and I got few msg before I restart it but they are nowhere but old ones. and rotation lock is not working properly.

I really liked 10.3 but this lag makes me feel I am using a cheap android phone :/
